Where abuse is detected, bonuses will be voided and the account may be suspended.
Bonuses are promotional offers and bagi1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to active bonus holders.
bagi1 reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the stake accepted on any market, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In live betting, odds may change during the placement process — if the odds change significantly before confirmation, you will be prompted to accept the new odds or cancel.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement period, an obvious pricing error occurred at time of placement, or the event outcome is affected by circumstances outside the normal course of the sport (such as match-fixing where confirmed by the relevant governing body). Void bets are refunded at the original stake.
Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, this includes official match results from the ICC and relevant cricket boards. For PSL, the official Pakistan Cricket Board results are used. Settlement timeframes vary by sport and event type.
In an accumulator bet, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at the adjusted combined odds. All other selections must still win for the bet to pay.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day across all markets. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook. Where a potential return exceeds the maximum payout limit, the maximum limit will be applied regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
